Immersion Legal Graphics, LLC is one of the world's leading design firms specializing in legal presentations for court trials. These presentations are meant to assist legal teams argue their case to the judge and jury in a court room setting. Most of these cases are civil litigation cases between two or more companies. Below is a presentation outlining a fictional litigation case between two AI tech companies. This presentation is supposed to demonstrate the type of work I produced while working for Immersion Legal.

CASE SUMMARY:

QuantumTECH Solutions, a tech startup specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) software, has filed a lawsuit against Nexa Innovations Inc., a multinational corporation known for its cutting-edge robotics and automation products. QuantumTECH claims that Nexa Innovations has unlawfully infringed on its patented AI algorithms, which QuantumTECH uses in its flagship product, NeuroSense, an advanced AI platform designed for autonomous decision-making in industrial robotics.

Nexa Innovations, in turn, countersues QuantumTECH, arguing that its AI algorithms are based on open-source code and that the patent in question is invalid due to prior art. Nexa also claims that QuantumTECH's accusations are a preemptive attempt to discredit Nexa's own AI software, NexBot, which competes with NeuroSense in the robotics market.
