Halstead Properties, who’s parent company is Terra Holdings, is one of the top luxury real estate firms operating throughout the tri-state area. Since joining Terra Holdings in 2001, Halstead has sold more than 25,000 residential units and developed over 250 buildings. In January of 2019, I was hired by Halstead as a freelance graphic designer to assist the creative team in getting cought up on several projects. During my time at Halstead, I worked on three main projects; 8 St. Marks Place, an apartment complex in Brooklyn, The Rennie, an apartment complex in Harlem and THE ONE Bel Air, the most expensive house in American history. I completed the assignment at the end of Febuary 2019.
